The Oregon Health Plan (OHP) is Oregon’s medical assistance program under Medicaid. It provides health care coverage for people from all walks of life. This includes working families, children, pregnant adults, single adults and seniors.

Medicaid is a needs-based program. It offers financial and medical help. It is funded by federal and state taxes and is run as a federal-state partnership.

To find out if you may qualify for the Oregon Health Plan through Medicaid, contact the Aging and Disability Resource Connection (ADRC) using the information listed in the panel to the right.
