SERVICES

NorthWest Senior & Disability Services (NWSDS) provides a variety of services for seniors (age 60+) and people with disabilities (age 18-64) living in Clatsop, Marion, Polk, Tillamook or Yamhill Counties. The following are some of the services available:

Information & Assistance -- To help locate and make connections with services you want and need or to just explore your options.

Adult Protective Services -- Confidential help is available to assure your safety and security.

Assistance in the Home -- Assistance with housekeeping, laundry, and even bathing can be arranged.

Care in Alternative Settings -- If a higher level of health care is needed, you can explore local options such as adult foster homes, assisted living apartments, residential care facilities and nursing homes.

Employed Persons with Disabilities (EPD)

Family Caregiver Support Program (FCSP)

Financial and Medical Assistance -- Sometimes rising medical, heating, and other bills can seem overwhelming. For those with modest incomes, we may be able to help you get assistance.

Meals Program -- Nutritious meals are offered on-site at many locations, plus home-delivered and frozen meals are available. See Mealsite Menu for the Month for this month’s menu.
