ADULT PROTECTIVE SERVICES

Whether you live alone or with others, your safety and security can be of concern to you. If you are in a situation that you feel is unsafe, call us at 1-800-846-9165. Or contact one of our local NorthWest Senior & Disability Services offices. We will investigate and offer options whether you live in an adult care situation (for example, adult foster care or a nursing home), with a family member, or by yourself. In addition to investigative and protective services, we provide the following information to help assure your safety and well being:

Conservatorships and Guardianships -- We can also provide information about conservatorships or guardianships. We can help you or your family learn under what circumstances these may be appropriate or inappropriate steps to consider.

Indigent Guardianship Program -- We have limited funds available to obtain a guardianship for those who have no discretionary funds.
