CARE IN ALTERNATE SETTINGS
Sometimes you may feel that you can no longer manage in your own home. When this situation arises, we will meet with you at your home, review your needs, and recommend options and solutions. In the end, the decision is always yours.
Whether you decide to stay in your own home and seek assistance, or you choose a higher level of outside health care, we work with you to create options that will keep you happy and as independent as possible. If you do decide a higher level of health care is needed, we'll assist in discovering what local options are open to you, whether that be an adult foster home, a residential care facility, an assisted living apartment, or a nursing facility.
As part of our service, we can also help you determine how to pay for these outside services.
To make an appointment for someone to visit you, please contact the local NorthWest Senior & Disability Services office closest to you.
